Academic AssociateKshamaheeta completed her PhD in Business Management from Vikram University, Ujjain, and her MBA in Design Management from NIFD-affiliated Annamalai University in Chidambaram. She is an adamant believer in teamwork and holds 10+ years of rich experience in teaching Commerce and Management as an Assistant Professor in different private colleges in Madhya Pradesh. She is a proud management professional who works by heart, motivates the ecosystem to lead, and encourages them to become leaders. She believes in organizational growth and is always ahead to take initiatives with a positive attitude and sincere efforts.
Kshamaheeta has a wide research vision and has chaired a technical session on Retail Marketing at the International Conference of Women Studies & Social Sciences - one of the gest conferences in the Women & Social Community. She is an anchored believer and practitioner of cleanliness campaigning and has been passionately involved in bringing about a behavioral change in people regarding healthy sanitation practices for years. She is optimistic about reading mythologies and autobiographies. She inclines toward Music and Yoga and is deeply committed to furthering societal well-being.
